The DIGIVAC Model 22 is a full-featured Linear vacuum transmitter which is only slightly larger than a conventional vacuum gauge tube.  It includes a precision interchangeable vacuum gauge tube and all of the circuitry necessary to:
            excite the tube,
            amplify its signal,
            linearize it, and
            provide zero and span adjustments
            eeprom storage of the adjustments
            RS-232 output
            Linear voltage Output

Model 22's are typically used to drive recorders and to provide process inputs to PLC's and other process instrumentation.

The Model 22W (wide range) has all of the features of the Model 22, and reads the full range of pressures from Atmosphere to 1 millitorr.
     It also has control outputs.

The Model 22wLCD has all of the features of the 22w and adds a backlit  LCD character display.  The display has 24 characters, 12 in each of two lines.

The Model 22T uses an absolute pressure transducer, and has all of the features of the 22w combined with outstanding accuracy (+/- 1/2 %) over the range of 0 to 760 torr.  It is often used for backfilling applications.

The Model 22Td uses an differential-from-atmosphere pressure transducer, and has all of the features of the 22w combined with outstanding accuracy (+/- 1/2 %) over the range of 0 to 29.9 inches of mercury or comparable torr and millibar ranges.  It is often used for Load Lock applications.
