Siphon

The Digivac Siphon is used to help mitigate vacuum gauge tube contamination.  As a general practice the thermocouple vacuum gauge tube should be located as far away from oil and other contaminants of the system as feasible.  If frequent contamination still occurs, the Digivac Siphon is intended to further mitigate the probability of oil fumes or other contaminants damaging or ruining the thermocouple vacuum gauge tube sensor.
