Instruments that are returned for repair should include all cables, sensors, and power supplies
as originally shipped from the factory for a proper evaluation. Important, the RMA# should be included as well as a description of the service and/or repair
that is needed.
DigiVac Return and Service Policy: All instruments require a decontamination form to be submitted prior to the issue of a RMA#.

Returns are typically evaluated within a week receiving the product to be evaluated, and repairs are performed as needed only with
the customer’s consent. We will call or email prior to repairing a gauge. Expedited evaluation and repairs are available for an additional fee.
