DigiVac Accuracy

DigiVac Accuracy Specifications | Any gauge that leaves our factory is tested under actual vacuum on our validated manifold, and will be calibrated against a NIST traceable standard. Each vacuum gauge and controller that we manufacture is pre-tested and comes calibrated with the sensor being mated to the controller for optimal accuracy. If you require NIST certification with your gauges or controllers, you can add this to your order and your gauge will be shipped with before and after NIST data and documentation. Bullseye Precision GaugeTM

Range: 1 millitorr – 800 Torr, 0.001 mb – 1064 mb

1~99 millitorr +/- 2 millitorr or 20%
100~2000 millitorr +/- 10%
2 ~ 6 Torr +/- 25%

Above 6 Torr – continuous and monotonic (increasing reading indicates increasing pressure)

Active Gauge Controller (StrataVac series)

The accuracy of the vacuum measurement depends chiefly on the accuracy of the active gauge used. Below are the Accuracy in the primary range of interest. Refer to the active guage data sheet for full range and accuracy over full range. We offer the ability to control 1-3 of the following capacitance manometers and active gauges:

Pfeiffer PKR 251 Cold Cathode combination Pirani

Setra 730 Capacitance Manometer: 0.5% of Reading

MKS 722 Capacitance Manometer: 0.5% of Reading

Alcatel ACC2009: 50% of Reading

Varian PCG 750: +/- 15% of Reading
