Any gauge that leaves our factory is tested under actual vacuum in our manifold, and will be calibrated against a NIST traceable standard.

Active Gauge Controller (StrataVac series)

The accuracy of the vacuum measurement depends chiefly on the accuracy of the active gauge used. Below are the Accuracy in the primary range of interest. Refer to the active guage data sheet for full range and accuracy over full range. We offer the ability to control 1-3 of the following capacitance manometers and active gauges:

Setra 730 Capacitance Manometer: 0.5% of Reading

MKS 722 Capacitance Manometer: 0.5% of Reading
