Agilent XGS600 Details
The XGS600 multi-gauge vacuum controller allows for simultaneous or independent operation of up to 12 gauges and can display readings for up to 8 gauges at any time. Standard features include 8 collector set points and 8 contact relays. All settings are stored in flash memory, so you do not have to spend time reprogramming after a power outage.
The XGS-600 gauge controller can operate convection gauges (CONV), hot filament ion gauges (HFIG), cold cathode gauges/inverted magnetron gauges (IMG), and all Agilent active gauges (AN). Up to six cards can be installed in the XGS-600 controller, in almost any combination to suit your application.
Features and Benefits of Agilent XGS600
- A single unit can simultaneously operate up to:
- 4 BA and 4 convection gauges (or 4 IMG and 4 convection gauges)
- 5 ion gauges (5 IMG gauges or 4 hot filament and 1 IMG)
- 12 convection gauges
- 12 agilent active gauges
- 8 open collector set points
- 8 contact relays
- Standard features in every unit:
- Serial communication (RS232 and RS485), universal voltage, Degas
- Operates hot filament, inverted magnetron (cold cathode), convection gauges and all Agilent Active gauges
- Can mix and match any gauges in a single unit
- Can expand or reconfigure easily in the field
- Optional card supports Profibus DP communication protocol
- Simple screen organization and navigation
- Drop down gauge selection automatically sets the emission current, sensitivity and overpressure
- Displays up to 8 gauges simultaneously on one screen
- Large font feature allows display of 2 gauges visible from 15-20 feet
- Capability of programming your own 5 character gauge label
- Set point screen: displays and adjusts set points for up to 8 gauges
- < 20 milliseconds from signal to set point response (open collector only)
- All in the impressively small half-rack package
536 Sensor Details:
- 536 KF25 Part Number: L6141309
- The Agilent 536 Vacuum Sensor by Agilent is welded 304 stainless steel with an additional baffle that greatly extends the tube life when exposed to condensable gases in demanding applications like distillations, vacuum processing, and laboratory research using schlenk lines
- Provides a continuous and repeatable indication of pressures
- The thermocouple and heater are noble metal to minimize any possible affect of contaminants on sensor performance
- NW25/KF25 Flange, 304L Stainless Steel with the Addition of a Baffle
- Total Range: 1 millitorr to 760 Torr
- Range with Accuracy: .001 Torr to 6 Torr
- Certifications: CE Certified and RoHS compliant
- Maximum bake-out temperature: 150 °C
571 Vacuum Transducer Details:
- 571 Bayard-Alpert Ion Gauge Tube
- The Agilent 571 Bayard-Alpert gauge offers high performance over a pressure range of 2 x 10-10 to 1 x 10-3 Torr (2.6 x 10-10 to 1.33 x 10-3 mbar). The 571 gauge withstands long periods of degassing or accidental exposure to atmospheric pressure while at operating temperature and will still recover its original characteristics. A reference gauge is also available, sealed off at ≤ 5 x 10-6 Torr for use in testing a gauge controller.
