Agilent XGS600 Details

The XGS600 multi-gauge vacuum controller allows for simultaneous or independent operation of up to 12 gauges and can display readings for up to 8 gauges at any time. Standard features include 8 collector set points and 8 contact relays. All settings are stored in flash memory, so you do not have to spend time reprogramming after a power outage.

The XGS-600 gauge controller can operate convection gauges (CONV), hot filament ion gauges (HFIG), cold cathode gauges/inverted magnetron gauges (IMG), and all Agilent active gauges (AN). Up to six cards can be installed in the XGS-600 controller, in almost any combination to suit your application.

536 Sensor Details:

  • The Agilent 536 Vacuum Sensor by Agilent is welded 304 stainless steel with an additional baffle that greatly extends the tube life when exposed to condensable gases in demanding applications like distillations, vacuum processing, and laboratory research using schlenk lines

  • The thermocouple and heater are noble metal to minimize any possible affect of contaminants on sensor performance

571 Vacuum Transducer Details:

• 571 Bayard-Alpert Ion Gauge Tube
  • The Agilent 571 Bayard-Alpert gauge offers high performance over a pressure range of 2 x 10^-10 to 1 x 10^-3 Torr (2.6 x 10^-10 to 1.33 x 10^-3 mbar). The 571 gauge withstands long periods of degassing or accidental exposure to atmospheric pressure while at operating temperature and will still recover its original characteristics. A reference gauge is also available, sealed off at ≤ 5 x 10^-6 Torr for use in testing a gauge controller.
