Edwards SP40K Speedivalve with Fluoroelastomer diaphragm | C33455000

Product Details

This Edwards SP40K Speedivalve is KF40 with an Fluoroelastomer diaphragm. It is used as an in-line, isolation valve in vacuum systems. The construction consists essentially of a flexible elastomeric diaphragm which is sealed onto a lightly polished seat by a screw thread mechanism. The mechanism is isolated from the system by the diaphragm resulting in an extremely rugged and ‘dirty’ system tolerant valve.

This Edwards Speedivalve terminates in NW40 flange and is pipeline supported only.

Features and Benefits

  • Leak tight to better than 10-6 mbar ls-1 / 8 x 10-7 Torr ls-1
  • Diaphragm completely isolates mechanism from vacuum system
  • Extremely rugged and ‘dirty’ system tolerant
  • Will withstand 9 bar overpressure (SP10K to SP40K, with Co-Seal)

DigiVac can help you build out your vacuum system based on your particular application requirements. Call our technical sales team today. We offer a number of manual speedivalves available including a KF16 and KF25
