Description

Ideal industrial vacuum gauge (10V output) that includes an isolated sensor. DigiVac’s StrataVac gauge with a piezoresistive 775i sensor offers ideal monitoring for processes running below atmospheric pressure. It measures vacuum 1 – 775 Torr (accuracy +/- 2 Torr). This scientific vacuum gauge includes a 10 volt output of transmitting vacuum levels to a programmable logic controller or PLC.

  • Ideal for industrial and laboratory applications that require rough vacuum measurement
  • Rugged design for harsh applications | 316 stainless steel only wetted material in sensor
  • Isolated and hermetically-sealed sensor to prevent contamination from system
  • Allows for recording and data capture via the USB port

Industrial Vacuum Gauge 10V Output | StrataVac 775i Features

  • Rugged and isolated rough vacuum gauge suitable for industrial vacuum applications
  • Data Capture: Allows for data recording and capture with the integrated USB port
  • Vacuum Transmitting: 10V output to support vacuum level transmitting to a manufacturing or larger vacuum system PLC
  • Isolated: 316 SS wetted parts and hermetically-sealed sensor makes this controller ideal for dirty environments or where combustible gases or in use
  • Total Range: 1 Torr to 775 Torr | 2.6-1033 mbar | 15 PSIA
  • Units Measured: Torr, mbar, kPa
  • Vacuum Interface: 1/8″ Male NPT, but can be converted to NW/KF with this adapter
  • Controller Mounting: Panel mount or Benchtop
  • Model 2L760 Replacement: this vacuum gauge replaces the discontinued DigiVac Model 2L760, it covers the same range but has the added features of multiple measurement units, isolated sensor, and ability to record and capture data
  • Every StrataVac is pre-tested and calibrated under actual vacuum against a NIST standard. Note: NIST certification included with the gauge is an available option to add to your order

Applications:

  • Industrial Manufacturing: An alternative to a capacitance manometer | isolated piezoresistive sensor used in manufacturing environments to indicate vacuum plus record and send data
  • Load Lock Chambers: could be used for load lock chamber alerts to note a pressure below 5 Torr
  • Blower Controller: for turning on an industrial vacuum blower at 25 Torr
  • Altitude Simulation – Measuring rough vacuum pressures as pressures fall below atmosphere
  • Vacuum Ovens and Vacuum Drying: sensor approaches the accuracy that is required to know where water boils at ambient temperature during a vacuum drying process

StrataVac Software:

  • WiFi connected data can be used on any browser by connecting to vacuumnetwork.org to display, graph and log vacuum data
  • Watch this video of DigiVac’s CEO, Tim Collins, demonstrating how vacuumnetwork.org and StrataCapture (StrataVac’s companion app)

Model 2L760 (discontinued)

The Model 2L760 is a discontinued DigiVac product. However, we do still support this Model for calibration and repair at this time. Existing customers can read the Model 2L760 manual here.
