Gauge Features
The PKR 360 gauge is capable of measuring from atmosphere to 7.5E-10 Torr. It is a combination pirani/cold cathode gauge.

The Compact Pirani Gauges TPR 380 | ISO-KF have been designed for vacuum measurement of gases in the pressure range of 1 · 10-9 – 1 · 103 hPa. They can be operated in connection with a Pfeiffer Vacuum controller for Compact Gauges or with another evaluation unit.
