Agilent Turbo Inlet Screen, ISO-63 | X3502-68001
The Agilent ISO63 turbo inlet screen is designed to protect the TwisTorr 74 FS and TwisTorr 84 FS turbomolecular vacuum pumps with ISO-63 (LF-63) intake flanges. These turbo intake splitter shields help protect the pump from foreign objects. They are made of stainless steel. Agilent part number is X3502-68001
Agilent ISO63 Intake Shield screens fit most compact turbomolecular pumps with ISO-63 inlet flange, including models:
- TwisTorr 74 FS
- TwisTorr 84 FS
The inlet screen is fitted in the upper part of the turbomolecular vacuum pump. The overall flange dimensions with the protection screen fitted on pump do not change as the inlet screen remains integrated into the center-ring.
