Description
Inland 45 vacuum pump oil consists of synthetic hydrocarbon fluids that permit strain-free cold starts as a result of their low pour point and high viscosity index. The rough pump oil’s viscosity is lower than that of a typical vacuum pump oil at low temperatures. In addition, because these fluids maintain their viscosity at high temperatures, they provide a good seal under full-load conditions.
Inland 45 Vacuum Pump Oil Unique Molecular Structure Benefits:
- Low vapor pressure, and chemical resistance
- High temperature stability superior to those of other high performance oils such as white oils
- Non-toxic, non-corrosive, and reclaimable, Inland 45 is compatible with Buna-N, neoprene, and Viton elastomers
- Miscible with petroleum-based oils, Freon, aromatic solvents, and flushing fluids
- Excellent seal under full load
Vacuum Applications:
- Mass spectrometry
- Gas chromatography – mass spectrometry (GC-MS)
- Thin film sputtering
- Electron microscopy
- UHV systems
- Leak detection
