Instruments that are returned for repair should include all cables, sensors, and power supplies
as shipped. Also, the RMA# should be included as well as a description of the service/repair
that is needed.
Certain instruments require a decontamination form to be submitted prior to the issue of a RMA#.

Returns are typically evaluated within forty-eight hours, and repairs are performed as needed only with
the customer’s consent. We will call prior to repairing a gauge.
