Rough Vacuum Gauge | DigiVac’s StrataVac gauge with a piezoresistive 775i sensor offers ideal monitoring for processes running below atmospheric pressure. It measures rough vacuum 1 – 775 Torr (accuracy +/- 2 Torr).

StrataVac 775i Features

  • Data Capture: Allows for data recording and capture with the integrated USB port
  • Isolated: 316 SS wetted parts and hermetically-sealed sensor makes this controller ideal for dirty environments or where combustible gases or in use

  • Vacuum Interface: 1/8″ Male NPT, but can be converted to NW/KF with this adapter

  • Model 2L760 Replacement: this vacuum gauge replaces the discontinued DigiVac Model 2L760, it covers the same range but has the added features of multiple measurement units, isolated sensor, and ability to record and capture data
  • Features ANALOG IN/OUT: **NOTE please select if you would like to include it in your device, the standard doesnt not automatically include analog unless it is selected.


  • Industrial Manufacturing: An alternative to a capacitance manometer | isolated piezoresistive sensor used in manufacturing environments to indicate vacuum plus record and send data
  • Load Lock Chambers: could be used for load lock chamber alerts to note a pressure below 5 Torr
  • Blower Controller: for turning on an industrial vacuum blower at 25 Torr
  • Altitude Simulation – Measuring rough vacuum pressures as pressures fall below atmosphere
  • Vacuum Ovens and Vacuum Drying: sensor approaches the accuracy that is required to know where water boils at ambient temperature during a vacuum drying process
