The SNAP vacuum controller paired with quantum DPCP 1000 Torr wide range vacuum sensor technology allows complete control range of 50 millitorr to 750 Torr, offering an easy bundled solution for your vacuum drying or purging needs.
Cascade TVO-5-SV Vacuum Oven Package
The Cascade TV0-5-SV Vacuum Oven offers incredible temperature stability for vacuum drying and purging of pharmaceuticals, or any temperature sensitive material. This vacuum oven will liberate solvents, water or other unwanted compounds in small batch, R&D, and laboratory environments. The TVO-5-SV Package pairs the TVO-5-SV vacuum oven with the Agilent IDP7 5.4 cfm oil free scroll pump, SNAP with External Wide range sensor DPCP and installation kit. It’s an ideal benchtop set-up for high production vacuum drying or purging.

- Mobile Stacking Stand for TVO-5. This stacking rack can fit two TVO-5’s in an over under configuration. With only a single vacuum oven the pump can be placed on the bottom shelf. Comes standard with two VISU shelves. The shelves can be mounted on either the right or left side. The shelves are infinitely adjustable vertically on the mounting rail. Heavy duty casters are also used as leveling feet.

Cascade TV0-5-SV Vacuum Oven Features
The TVO-5-SV has an upgraded vacuum flow path. The vacuum line is increased from 3/8” to 1” (KF-25) inner diameter PVC tube. This allows for much higher vacuum flow rates, vacuum conductance, and helps remove high gas loads. It also helps achieve deeper vacuum levels faster. The upgraded valve is mounted on the left side of the oven for easy reach. This eliminates the small vacuum valve in the control panel.
Includes upgraded Inficon (1000 Torr to 1mTorr) Full Range Digital Vacuum Gauge to allow for reading the full ultimate vacuum of the process/pump.

- Maintenance is the replacement of a single interior tip seal. Order our IDP7 Tip Seal Replacement Kit or ask us about our maintenance service.
- Pull Deeper Vacuum / Better Vapor Tolerance With Two Gas Ballast Positions. The Agilent IDP-7 has two gas ballast ports that assist the pump in handling condensable gases such as water vapor, or other gaseous products that become liquids or solvents when reaching atmospheric pressure. With neither of the gas ballast ports open, the IDP-7 has a base pressure of 20 mTorr.
- Port in position 1 provides for ~ 12 grams per hour of water vapor pumping, and limits the base pressure of the pump to not less than 200 mTorr.
- Port in position 2 provides for ~ 120 grams per hour of water vapor pumping, and limits the base pressure of the pump to not less than 1 Torr.
Both oven and pump can run off a single dedicated 120V / 1ph / 20 AMP circuit.
