The DASH Catalyst Kit contains our Portable DASH measurement instrument, fittings, capacitance manometer gauges and a wide range quantum sensor necessary to perform in-situ vacuum measurement and calibration/validation of your process equipment. It is a simple single-box tool kit designed as a quick solution for those who perform calibration/validation of vacuum equipment on a routine basis. The Kit includes:

  • Bullseye DASH with Protective magnetic boot cover
  • RJ45 to DB15 Cable Adapter & USB Power Adapter w/ Cable
  • 0.1 Torr Capacitance Manometer
    • The 0.1 Torr Capacitance manometer is used as a standard from 0.1 Torr to 5 x 10^(-04)  Torr
  • 1000 Torr Capacitance Manometer
    • The 1000 Torr capacitance manometer is used as a standard for pressure/vacuum region from 1000 Torr to 10 Torr
  • DPCP Quantum Wide-Range Sensor
    • The DPCP Quantum Wide-Range sensor is used to measure from 7.5×10-6 to 1000 Torr

This portable kit was created to simplify the validation of sensors installed on tools as part of the tool matching and calibration processes.  Before this offer, calibrating and validating tools involved wheeling in a cart and waiting for hours before the validation process could be initiated.  The Dash Catalyst Kit by DigiVac reduces both the setup time and the validation time, which will save you time and money – all the while offering a smaller, more portable solution for this important application.
